ABOUT PUPT ALUMNI PORTAL SYSTEM
The Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Taguig Alumni Portal System (PUPT-APS) is a project conducted to be a part of PUP-Taguig’s organizational growth. It is a new web-based system for graduating students and alumni that manages mandatory fill-up forms which are required by partner companies and documentation of the university, seeking job vacancies or posting career opportunities to help find appropriate jobs for other alumni, and tracer form to update their employment status and whereabouts. Below are the features of the system:
Forms
The forms will be used by official graduating students to evaluate the university and for requesting file records which they need to print and submit to the office of the Head of the Academics.
Tracer
This feature contains the updated form that alumni can answer to update their employment status and disclose if they are a board passer or not.
Career
A system module version in which both alumni and administrators can post job openings for other alumni to apply for. This feature includes a job description and qualifications, as well as a link to the job application or instructions on where to send a resume.
